Browser Extension Guide
Convert a PNR without leaving your GDS screen, webmail or booking tool.
Install in Four Steps
1. Download
Click Download Extension in the navbar. This saves
pnrpilot-extension.zip to your computer.2. Unzip
Extract the zip to a folder you plan to keep around, since the browser loads the extension from these files directly and the folder should not be deleted afterward.
3. Load it
Go to
chrome://extensions, turn on Developer mode in the top right corner, then click Load unpacked and select the unzipped folder.4. Pin it
Click the puzzle piece icon in your toolbar and pin PNRPilot so it is always one click away.
Two Ways to Convert
Select text on any page
Highlight a PNR wherever you are reading it, whether that is your GDS terminal, a webmail confirmation or a shared document. Right click and choose Convert PNR with PNRPilot, and the result opens automatically.
Paste it manually
Click the toolbar icon to open the popup, paste the PNR text into the box, and click Convert.
Either way, the popup shows a compact summary of passengers, flights, times and connections. Click View Full Result on PNRPilot to open the complete itinerary on the website, with every display option available.
Good to Know
- The extension does not parse anything itself. It sends the PNR text to the same PNRPilot server that powers the website, so results always match.
- No separate account or login is needed. It is the same public, no signup tool, just reachable from a right click.
- Nothing is saved or stored, the same as the website. Each conversion is processed and returned in one request.
- Since the extension is not published on the Chrome Web Store yet, Chrome may occasionally show a reminder banner about developer mode extensions. That is expected for a manually loaded extension and safe to dismiss.
- Works in Chrome, Edge and Brave, or any Chromium based browser with Manifest V3 support.
